Responsible

  • Provide technical consultation to customers, including assessing their needs and recommending suitable products or services based on their requirements.
  • Design and present product or solution information to ensure customers understand the benefits and how to use the products and services.
  • Design solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs or recommend appropriate services based on their requirements.
  • Address technical inquiries from customers during the sales process, such as product functionality or compatibility with other systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical information and support.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they can use the products or services effectively.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and market trends to offer the most modern and efficient products or solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT products, technologies, and solutions, such as software, hardware, cloud systems, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and present technical knowledge clearly and understandably.
  • Ability to analyze customer problems and propose appropriate solutions, including designing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and understand the customer's business needs and design solutions that address those needs.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Experience as a Systems Engineer or Network Engineer is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
